Going into business for myself, I knew the first thing to do was create an identity system that ....

.... expresses my ideas about what Graphic Design is supposed to be ....

.... gives an impression of my attitudes concerning integrity in business ....

.... includes the playfulness that I believe should be inherent in everything ....

The name of the business is Intuitive Design because the technical part of graphic design
is always an extension of the intuitive /creative part. Thus, emphasis on the
creative aspect of design while being firmly “grounded” in the technical.

The Chinese Character means literally “Artist” or “Painter”.

If you look at it carefully, you can see the fingers that cross/hold the brush.

Or is it the brush that supports the hand .... ?
